The Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) requires certain employers to provide Paid Sick Leave and Expanded Family & Medical Leave to qualified employees effective April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2020. I have attached a Department of Labor poster outlining the paid leave entitlements, eligible employees and qualifying reasons for leave related to COVID-19.
